Difficulty of agreement on a definite headquarters from which to direct the $50,000 drive, quota of the Bronx branch of the American Palestine Emergency Campaign, resulted in a postponement of the question at a meeting of the administrative committee Tuesday evening.

Max J. Schneider, chairman of the Bronx campaign, pleaded for a postponement of the headquarters question when it gave rise to prolonged disputes. He was supported by David Pasmentier.

Meyer Goldberg, diretor of the Bronx campaign, submitted tentative recommentdations for the drive in that bureau.
