Arturo Segre, Italian Jewish novelist, has been awarded the annual prize for literature given by the famous Italian publishing firm, Mondari, for his novel, “The House of Abraham Lewis,” in which an Egyptian Jewish family and its surroundings are described.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
