The twenty-fifth anniversary of the founding of the Federation of Rumanian Jews of America will be marked by a jubilee convention called for Sunday at the Astor Hotel.
The convention will hear number of reports on the history of the Federation and its activities during the entire period of its existence. Among the scheduled speakers are Dr. Stephen S. Wise, honorary president of the American Jewish Congress, who will deliver a guest address, Leo Wolfson, A. Marcus, Bernard Sigelstein, A. D. Braham, Dr. I. Brownstein and Herman Speier.
Societies representing bessarabian, Transylvanian and Bukhovinian Jews have been invited to send delegates to the convention.
