The Prague Jewish Community Council, now headed by Dr. Ernst Frischer, a member of the Czechoslovak National Council, has resumed functioning under the pre-war law covering religious communities.

It was announced today that the council has established a department to register the names of survivors, to list losses suffered by Jews and to assist Jews returning from concentration camps.

The Lublin radio reported today that a Jewish community committee has been established in the German city of Breslau, which is now administered by Polish authorities. The broadcast said that 200 Jews have returned to Breslau, the only survivors of its pre-war Jewish population of 20,000.
