New Will Proposed to Create Congressional Committee to Study Civil Rights Violations

Rep. Walter B. Huber, Ohio Democrat, today introduced a bill that would create a permanent Congressional committee to study civil rights and violations of those rights.

The Committee proposed by Rep. Huber would consist of five members of the House and five members of the Se#### and would have the power to subpoena witnesses and compile official records.
